Our comprehensive Virtual Design packages include a detailed space plan that ensures optimal layout and functionality. We provide a stunning mood board, along with curated furniture and finishes and a comprehensive shopping list to make sourcing each item easy and convenient.

Additionally, our package features four detailed elevations, showcasing various perspectives of your design, and four 3D renderings that allow you to visualize the final outcome with striking realism. To support you throughout the entire design process, we include an Implementation Guide filled with practical tips and expert advice to help navigate your design journey smoothly.

Our Virtual Design packages are typically completed within 4 weeks from your consultation call to final deliverables. If you opt for multiple rooms, we’ll take a little extra time to ensure quality.

Our pricing structure is designed around the defined spaces within a room. For open-concept areas, we offer each defined space as an individual package. This approach ensures that you receive customized solutions for each area, whether it be the cozy dining nook, the inviting living corner, or the functional workspace.

Every dollhouse that LPI builds is unique. While we can make design decisions for each aspect of the miniature build, we take pride in creating dollhouses that truly reflect our clients’ preferences. To help us understand your vision, we send out a Miniatures Design Questionnaire to gather information on the elements and color schemes you would like to see in your dollhouse prior to starting our project.

Every dollhouse we craft is one-of-a-kind, and the timeframe for completion varies by project. Typically, smaller dollhouses and room additions can be completed more quickly than larger, full-scale dollhouses. We suggest allowing at least two to three months for a truly special dollhouse experience.
