Summer has filled her veins with light and her heart is washed with noon.

Like the rest of the country, my family and I have been at home over the last couple of months, and it has provided us with plenty of time to gather our thoughts, plan as much as possible for the uncertainties of the future, and to spend much valuable time together. An additional benefit has been an opportunity to see our home in a different light. Without the ability to leave its comforts, I have found myself rearranging our furniture, including new pieces that spark joy and removing older items that no longer serve our needs.
It was timely then that earlier this week Joanna Gaines launched her summer collection on her Magnolia website. It is absolutely amazing! There are so many wonderful pieces to help you prep for a quarantine bound, yet hopefully wonderful summer at home. Whether it is picnicking in the yard, planting herbs on a windowsill, or lounging on the couch to read a good book, there is something for everyone. Below are some of my favorite pieces.
Summertime Dinner Essentials:
1. Terracotta Serving Board 2. Marble Utensil Set 3. Rustic Glass Pitcher 4. Seagrass Placemat 5. Marble Cutting Board
A Warm Evening At Home:
1. Julia Vase 2. Effie Table Lamp 3. Leather Strap Basket 4. Rattan Magazine Holder 5. Shirah Bud Vase 6. Mustard Fringe Throw 7. Giza Ceramic Vase 8. Gigi Grey Pillow
The Small (But Mighty) Garden:

I hope that this collection inspires you, and if possible provides you with an opportunity to source from your personal items to create a safe and comforting space at home this summer.
Stay safe and until next time!
